In turmoil, ask for help from the spiritual forces that surround you benevolently (Cf. chapter below"Help and Protection from Heaven" ) and who are only waiting for this authorization to guide you.
When you suffer, everything is painful, even breathing. But that makes us more sensitive, therefore more permeable to receive their inspirations. So be mindful and confident.
In the meantime, bend your back under the gusts

The help from heaven

With our five children the problems followed one another. Sometimes, distraught, not knowing what to do, I called on God with all my might, day and night. I told him that I was only a man and that despite all my efforts, I was not getting by with the child he had entrusted to me. My only respite is when I take a sip of alcohol. The effect is immediate. My brain frees itself, my chest frees itself from the vice that grips it.
