« Fear is the root of almost all of humanity's ills: fear of oneself, fear of what others think of you, of the image they have of you, etc.
(...) We must be aware of the Divinity within usExcerpt from the page: "Taking-back-control"

Every being is connected to their inner Self, which is connected to God.
Our inner being
« In you there are two characters, one terrestrial, stuck to matter, mired in its heaviness, and the other celestial, letting itself be carried by the light. The moment you conceive your two poles, you become greedy for unity and begin your quest for purity. But that's also where the trouble begins! In the innocence of unconsciousness you found a certain tranquility, operating in the same patterns for generations, fit to taste the pleasures of the flesh.
However, as soon as your consciousness opens to greater lucidity, your thirst for clarity comes up against the shadows. In the grip of an existential despair you become the prey of grief, terrible doubts, loneliness and your impatience. We are with you more than ever in these wanderings. Because then we recognize in you the flame, the inner fire.
Then begins an interior dialogue between your soul, which has already recognized us, and us who are your servants, your companions on the way. At your side, ready to support you in the difficult passages, smiling at your stammerings as a child of light.
In your heart of hearts, ego of earth and soul of light manifest themselves to each other and show themselves in turn. There is no point in adjusting them with a master's hand, there is no point in wishing for their fruitful friendship. Their role is not to oust each other. Thus you grow, by making in you the union of your part of incarnated man and your part of brilliance of light. It is there, in the balanced axis between these two aspects of yourself, that you touch that you touch the new dimension that allows you to Over-Live (among earthly torments). Then your personality of light irrigates your being incarnated in matter for a happy birth: that of the new Man in you, an incarnated reflection of the Father Creator. »
Love is first of all a relaxation of defenses. « All human actions are motivated at their deepest level, by one of two emotions:
fear or love.
In the language of the soul there are only these two emotions. These are extreme opposites. Every human thought and every human action is based either on love or on fear. All other ideas are derived from these two. This is why humans love, destroy, then love again: always this swing from one emotion to another. Love sponsors fear, who sponsors love, who sponsors fear…. »
« While it is true that there are only two basic emotions - love and fear - it would however be more appropriate to say that there is only love or fear, because one cannot experience them at the same time. They are opposites. When we are afraid, we cannot love, and vice versa. »
« Fear is the energy that contracts, closes, attracts, runs, hides, piles up and hurts.
Love is the energy that expands, opens, sends, stays, reveals, shares and heals.
But you were taught to live in fear. We told you about the survival of the fittest, the success of the most skilful. We rarely speak of the glory of the most loving. So you strive to be the strongest, and if you don't feel up to it you fear loss because you have been told that the inferiors are the losers. So you choose action sponsored by fear. When you choose action sponsored by love you will do more than survive, more than win, more than succeed.
To do this you must forsake the teachings of your well-meaning but misinformed tutors and listen to those whose wisdom comes from another source. But the best reminder doesn't come from someone outside of you, but the voice inside you. This is the first tool I use because it is the most accessible.
The inner voice is My strongest voice, because the closest to you. She's the one who tells you if everything else is true or false, good or evil. This must guide your path, if you accept it.
It is this voice that tells you right away if the words you are reading are words of love or words of fear. Whether to listen to them or deviate from them.
The truth is, most people worry to death. Worry is, after hate
, the worst form of mental activity. Worry is unnecessary, and creates harmful biochemical reactions in the body.
Worry and hatred – combined with their by-products: impatience, anxiety, bitterness, greed, unkindness, judgmentalism – attack the body at the cellular level. It is therefore impossible to have a healthy body. To a lesser degree, concealment and greed also lead to disease or at the very least oppose well-being.
All disease is first created by the mind. »

« When a monster takes off, it's because the context is favorable: it finds complicity and the ambient cowardice gives it courage.
Where fear reigns the tyrant prospers. »
« No one can cut my life short by a single minute. She belongs to God. »
(Gandhi's response to those who wanted to dissuade him from going to Pakistan in the midst of anti-Hindu riots.)
« He who harms no one fears no one. Having nothing to hide, he is afraid of nothing. He looks every man in the eye. He's straight forward and what he says goes straight to the point. »

« Fear is like a vicious circle. When we are in its grip, we attract precisely what we fear. The saying Fear is a magnet is true. We must remember that
thought is creative. » (J. Van Praagh, 'Dialogues with the Beyond')Contributions by James Van Praagh on the subject of:The WAY

« We must get rid of all external fear. But always fear inner enemies, fear bestial passion, anger
, etc. External fears cease on their own once we have triumphed over these traitors on our side. »

« Fear is the immutable obstacle against which the evolution of man stumbles. Swimming in clear water requires letting yourself be carried by the current. To open up to the Eternal Force requires a deep decision within you: to trust, to turn your back on those fears that have been nestled in your cells since the depths of time, to abandon those torments that agitate your egos, your minds. »
« We are always afraid of not being sufficiently armed. It is the opposite that we should fear. For me, we are never disarmed enough! We never let down our defenses enough. Many of us live as if trussed in our daily lives. They hope to protect themselves in this way from attacks and fears. And they don't see that they protect themselves above all against the beauty, the wonder that fills their lives. »
